- Event Hosts you engage with, limited to information necessary for attendee management or access control.

Your data is stored securely on our cloud-based servers managed through the Odoo platform. We implement encryption, access controls, and regular backups to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
7. Refund and Customer Notification Policy
Refunds are only processed in the event of an official event cancellation. In such cases, affected customers are notified directly, and refunds are issued within seven (7) days. For any concerns regarding refunds, you may contact us via our standard support channels.
